How We Work

  • Enquiry

    One of our client managers will discuss your requirements with you and arrange for one of our system designers to visit your property.

  • Site Visit

    We will visit your property in order to establish the best positioning of cameras,the most appropriate cameras for the site and the most effective method of installing the system.

  • Quotation

    At this point we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote for the hardware and software to be used in your installation and an estimate of the installation cost. If you decide to go ahead 50% of the cost of equipment is payable at this point.

  • Installation and Aftercare

    Our engineers will install your system under the supervision of the designer. Normally this process will take two to three days. Once the system has been installed we will be able to deal with any adjustments you would like to make. The balance of payment is due once your system has been installed.

  • Maintenance and Service

    By protecting your equipment with our support programme, you will not have to worry in the unlikely event that your CCTV system breaks down as we will repair or replace any component that has malfunctioned.
    As part of the support programme we also undertake to maintain your system once every 12 months.
